為支持香港社企，會員須填妥此表格，方可獲得250度度分獎賞。每月最多可賺取1,250度度分。 To support Hong Kong social enterprises, members must complete this form to earn 250 Power Points. A maximum of 1,250 Power Points can be earned per month.
姓名必須與電力帳戶登記名稱相同 The name must match the registered name on the electricity account
