Paper Bill Delivery & Alternative eBill Services

  • As bill delivery by post has been affected during this period, customers may experience delay in receipt of paper bills.
  • In order to avoid delay in receiving paper bills, customers are highly recommended to adopt the following alternative options:
    • Access eBill by downloading CLP App or logging into online account. Once logged in, customers can also subscribe to eBill Notification to receive an alert when the bill is ready every time.
    • Customers can click here to download the current copy bill through online platform using your electricity account name and name of registered owner listed on your bill.

Meter Reading Services

  • Routine meter reading services may occasionally be affected when the pandemic situation is serious.
  • If this happens, some customers may receive an Estimated Bill.
  • Customers who received an Estimated Bill will get an Adjusted Bill based upon actual consumption once meter reading resumes. Please be assured you will not be overcharged.
  • Under safe circumstances, if customers have access to their electricity meters at their premise, they may report their actual meter readings to us. For details, click here.
