Application Progress Tracking System

You can check the status of your application, as well as opting for Autopay and Change of Load Application services, via our Application Progress Tracking system, a way to give you the assurance you need. (This service is not available to Bulk Tariff and Large Power Tariff Customers.)

Terms & Conditions

Supply Rules

Applying for or by obtaining electricity from CLP, a customer agrees to be bound and to abide by CLP’s Supply Rules. These rules and other terms and conditions may be revised from time to time.

Above all, a customer should not resell electricity obtained from CLP to any third party. If CLP is given cause to suspect such misdemeanour, electricity supply to the customer may be terminated.

Eco Rewards Promotion Terms and Conditions

  • The promotional period is from 21 February 2019 to 20 March 2019 (both dates inclusive).
  • Customers must complete move-in via online application during the promotional period and confirmed with system notification in order to be eligible for 250 Eco-points welcome offer.
  • Move-in application completed before the promotional period or after the promotional period are not eligible for the welcome offer.
  • Above offer is only applicable to valid CLP’s residential electricity account -registered with Personal Names (not applicable to staff account).
  • Each valid CLP’s electricity account can be entitled to the welcome offer once only.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • Eco points will be uploaded to Eco Reward account after 7 working days from successful application. You may also check the Eco points at Eco Rewards Platform after first registration. To register click here:
  • CLP reserves the right to alter terms and conditions of the offer at all time without prior notice and has the final decision on any dispute related to the offer.
