CLP customers with residential tariff Customer Account number who set up new bank autopay instructions and successfully make at least one electricity bill payment via bank autopay within the promotional period can earn 250 Eco Points of Eco Rewards! (Terms and conditions apply.)

Act Now:

  1. Online Apply
  2. CLP App (My Account>eAutopay Application)
  3. Call our Customer Service Hotline on 2678 2678 (The Autopay form is not required, but please have your electricity account number ready when you call) or Visit any of our Customer Service Centres
  4. Download and complete this authorisation form, then submit it to your bank


Terms and Conditions:

  • The Promotional Period (“Promotional Period”) is from 1 January 2018 to 30 Jun 2018.
  • CLP customers who have already set up bank autopay instructions, or have electricity bill payment records by autopay in 12 months prior to the start date of the Promotional Period, are excluded in this promotion.
  • The Eco Points (“Points”) gain from this promotion will be credited to related Eco Rewards account on or before 31 Aug 2018.
  • The Points will only be awarded to a customer who has set up New Bank Autopay and auto-pay arrangements are valid when the Points is given. Otherwise, eligibility to receive the Points will be forfeited.
  • CLP reserves the sole right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of CLP shall be final and conclusive. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
