eBill customers* can settle their bill by presenting the payment barcode on their ebill or QR code in their email at any China Resources Vanguard Supermarket, VanGO, Circle K or 7-Eleven. An instantly available receipt means you can be sure of your payment status.

Other customers (non-eBill subscribers) can also pay by presenting the payment barcode on their electricity bill at any of the above-mentioned locations. The maximum cash payment per transaction is HK$5,000 (Cheques and credit cards are not accepted).
