  • The promotional period is from 20 March 2019 to 30 June 2019(both dates inclusive).
  • Customers must successfully download and login to CLP App during the promotional period in order to be eligible for 500 Eco Points.
  • First login before the promotional period or login after the promotional period are not eligible for the welcome offer.
  • Above offer is only applicable to valid CLP’s residential electricity account -registered with Personal Names (not applicable to staff account).
  • Each valid CLP’s electricity account can be entitled to CLP App promotion welcome offer once only.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • CLP reserves the right to alter terms and conditions of the offer at all time without prior notice and has the final decision on any dispute related to the offer.
  •  CLP may from time to time contact you with marketing information on goods and services available through online and offline channels. If you do not wish to receive such information from us, please call CLP customer service hotline at 2678 2678 or email to [email protected]. We will then cease sending you the information.
