In order to simplify the process of the Domeo rewards redemption platform, CLP is gradually enabling automatic linkage between the CLP online account and the Domeo account for selected customers who currently hold CLP online account. Customers can directly log into Domeo and enjoy a smooth experience for earning and redeeming points.
If you meet the following criteria and not yet linked to Domeo after 24 April 2024, you will be eligible for the upgrade and your CLP online account will be automatically link up with domeo account. A confirmation email will be sent in 5 workings days and you are required to activate via that email in order to complete the whole upgrade process.
Step 1: Click 'Login CLP Online Account' in the email.
Step 2: Log in your CLP Online Account.
Step 3: Click 'Domeo eShop'.
Step 4: Set password in the pop-up window.
Step 5: You will receive a verification email from Domeo.
Step 6: Click 'Activate Your Account'.

Step 2: Suggest to register with email to ensure you are entitle to be the selected customer.
Enter the One-time password (OTP) sent to you, and click 'Verify OTP'.
Step 3: To bind your residential electricity account, follow the on-screen instructions and input your account information.
Step 1: Click “Profile”.
Step 2: Choose “Personal Information”.
Step 3: Click 'Edit' under Primary Email Address, and update your email address
Enter the One-time password (OTP) sent to you via the updated email, and click 'Verify OTP'.
If you have more than one CLP electricity account, same email address must be under your all CLP online account to be the selected customer.
Step 1: Click 'Register'.
Step 2: Follow the on-screen instructions and input your account information.
Step 3: Click 'Activate Your Account'.
Step 4: Click 'My Account and Link to Partners' to link your CLP online account
Step 5: Log in your CLP Online Account.

No. You can set two different passwords. CLP and Domeo staff will never ask for your password. Please remain vigilant and exercise caution if you have any suspicions.
