請根據電費賬單右上角的資料填寫 Please refer to the name on the top right corner on the electricity bill

身份證號碼 / 護照 / 商業登記證號碼 Hong Kong ID Card Number / Passport / Business Registration Number

如輸入香港身份證號碼, 請輸入首 4 個數字 (包括英文字母在內)

If enter the HKID number, please insert first 4 letters of HKID Number (Including English letter)

供電地址 Supply Address

請根據電費賬單右上角的資料填寫 Please refer to the name on the top right corner on the electricity bill
