  • Identification Document: Hong Kong ID card, passport or business registration certificate
  • Confirmation of Agreement from Owner(s) of Rising Mains for Connection
    (excluding village house applicants or existing meter)

To process your service request, help us for future identity verification and management of your account, please provide us your information and upload your identification document.

    You may upload your identification document later or present it in person at one of our customer service centres instead.

    To complete your application, either take a photo of your ID now, submit later to this email address: hkid@clp.com.hk or visit one of our Customer Service Centres to present your ID in person for verification.
