The Smart Energy Award Programme celebrates outstanding achievements in energy conservation and carbon reduction, empowering businesses to accelerate their decarbonisation journey. CLP is calling on commercial and industrial organisations to showcase their sustainability leadership through this annual initiative. Now in its 8th year, the 2025 edition introduces special enhancements to celebrate this milestone, featuring five award categories, including two new additions:

Renewable Energy Contribution Awards
Best Practice in Electrification Awards [NEW]
The Awards are open to organisations from Commercial, Industrial, Public Utility and Services industries to entry and will undergo a comprehensive three-stage assessment process:
Through this structured process, the Judging Panel may CLP identifies and honours organisations that demonstrate tangible results and long-term commitment to sustainable practices.
The Smart Energy Award 2025 is now open for enrolment until 9 June 2025. CLP invites all eligible organisations to take part in this annual event, gain industry recognition, and inspire others on the journey to carbon neutrality.
