Smart Catering Fair 2023

CLP has been closely collaborating with the catering industry, providing assistance in energy services and actively promoting innovative technologies to support the industry's transformation. On 13th and 14th June 2023, we hosted the "CLP Smart Catering Fair," a two-day event aimed at equipping the industry with the latest sustainable development trends, cutting-edge catering technology, and innovative energy solutions. This event is aimed to explore new opportunities for low-carbon catering.

This year's catering fair is themed "A Taste of Green Fusion" and features four main exhibition zones: Smart Operations, Smart Energy, Smart Solutions, and Smart Technology. The fair invited a range of local startups, technology suppliers, and service providers, to share their latest catering technologies and solutions, including intelligent electric cooking equipment, sustainable packaging, and food waste management equipment.

In recent years, the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) concepts are promoted across all industries. As the energy partner of the catering industry, CLP supports their low carbon transformation via various measures, such as free energy audit services for restaurants, and energy-saving proposals for customers to help reduce operating costs.

CLP has been assisting the catering industry in addressing operational challenges and providing appropriate support to promote cross-industry collaboration. By accelerating business transformation and promoting green catering practices, we hope to support Hong Kong's goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
