- Create CLP One Profile using your email or mobile number.
- With a single login, you can seamlessly manage your residential and eMobility electricity accounts, all integrated into CLP One account.
- Within 5 business days of successful account activation, your CLP One account will be automatically linked to your Domeo account, for purchasing a range of energy-saving products at the Domeo eShop.
- Existing online account users can log in directly using your original login information. No further registration or identity verification is required.

Step 3: Enter the One-time password (OTP) sent to you and click 'Verify OTP'.
Step 4: Click ‘Link Electricity Services’.
Step 5: Provide your personal information.
Step 6: Provide a photo of your HKID for identify verification.
Step 7: Successfully activate your CLP One account.
Step 1: Log in your CLP One account.
Step 2: Click ‘Discover’ after logged in.
Step 3: Click ‘Domeo eShop’.
Step 4: Confirm email address in the pop-up window.
Step 5: You will receive a verification email from Domeo.
Step 6: Click 'Activate Your Account'.

Having a 'valid email address' is one of the requirements for us automatically link your CLP account with the Domeo account and registering by email can ensures you are eligible to enjoy a smoother experience in earning points and redeeming rewards, as well as benefiting from various discounts and offers.
In order to further enhance the user experience, we will automatically link your CLP One account with the Domeo account for residential customers who meet the following criteria and have not been linked to Domeo.

There are several reasons for a failure to link accounts:
A customer tries to link an account relating to an address that has been moved out of. A terminated account is not eligible for linking or earning points.
A customer may have pressed ‘cancel’ during the linkage process. We recommend users restart the linkage process if this happens.
