Using one-time password(OTPs) / biometrics as authentication can reduce the risk of credential theft and phishing attacks. Since OTPs are valid for only a short period and can be used only once, they offer a higher level of security compared to traditional passwords. On the other hand, Biometric traits like fingerprints, facial recognition, and voice patterns are unique to everyone, making it much harder for unauthorized users to gain access.
Improved User Experience
OTPs eliminate the need to remember complex passwords, making the login more convenient. Customers receive a unique code via SMS or email, which they can use to log in seamlessly. By activating biometrics authentication, it enables you to access your accounts with just a touch or glance.

Some email providers have maximum storage, ensure there is sufficient storage in your inbox to receive the OTP.
Tip:
If you need help on the steps for adding sender to the Contact List, please check the user manuals from Outlook, Gmail and Yahoo Mail.
Try to trigger the OTP through a stable network. Poor signal strength or network congestion can delay or prevent OTP delivery. You may also check device settings to make sure Do Not Disturb (DND) Service is off. If DND is activated on your phone, it may block OTP messages.
