Safety performance
We encourage strong safety culture in the company. Safety value applies to every detail of our work and each of our employees. We aim to achieve “Zero Incidents” and “Zero Non-compliances”. To prevent incidents, we put in place safety and risk management concepts into our operations. It also raises employee’s safety and environmental awareness.
Contractors are our best partners and valuable assets. We want all our workers to get home safely every day. We require the contractors and suppliers to be aware of safety at work. Contractors need to follow regulatory requirements and relevant laws strictly. We have committed ourselves to strive for Zero Harm Vision as early as the year 2017.
We organize safety-sharing activities for contractors from time to time. It helps enhance the safety culture and awareness for contractors. We adopt safety, health, environmental & quality (SHEQ) management practices across all our businesses.
We always put safety and health in the first place. Safety is not just about meeting performance standards. It is also about the well-being of our employees and partners. We work to maintain a culture of safety with rigorous standards and policies. Please refer to the table below for our achievement:
