Once you apply for an eBill, you will receive eBill notifications from clpebill@mail.clp.com.hk every time a new bill is issued for your account. eBill notifications are alerts letting you know that a new bill has been issued for your electricity account.

We will follow up on your requests and reply to you as soon as possible.

Once the application is successfully processed, it will take effect as soon as the next billing cycle. If the application cannot be completed, we will reply with details by email.
