What is the value of each eCoupon? Can multiple eCoupons be used in a single transaction?
Each eCoupon is valued at HK$50 and will be automatically credited to the eligible customer’s “Domeo eCoupon Wallet”. Multiple eCoupons can be used in the same transaction.
How can I view my eCoupon in my Domeo account?
You can view and use your eCoupons in the “Domeo eCoupon Wallet”. When shopping on the Domeo online platform, you may apply the eCoupons directly during checkout.
Why can't find my eCoupons?
Possible reasons include:
• eCoupons are being released in phases from 27 March 2026 onwards.
• You have not created a CLP One account, or your account is not linked to Domeo (self-service required).
• Your Domeo account is linked to more than one CLP One account — Coupons will be mailed in paper form.
• You do not meet the eligibility requirements.
Where can the eCoupons be used?
eCoupons can be used at Domeo and approximately 4,000 participating retail stores and restaurants. Additional promotions may be available on Domeo’s event pages.
Are eCoupons applicable to discounted items or promotional offers?
The eCoupons are applicable to all products, including discounted items and promotional offers. However, the terms and conditions of use vary across participating merchants. Please refer to the respective merchants for detailed information.
Is there a minimum spending requirement?
There is no minimum spending requirement. However, please note that:
• If the order amount exceeds the eCoupon value, only the balance needs to be paid.
• If the order amount is lower than the eCoupon value, the transaction will still proceed, but no refund of the unused amount will be provided.
What is the validity period of the eCoupons?
eCoupons are valid from 27 March 2026 to 31 October 2026 and can be used at Domeo online platform and all participating merchants.
Where can customers find the Selected Customer 5% Off Promo Code?
Customers who have received eCoupons and provided marketing consent will receive the promo code in the notification email (Subject: Your CLP Retail and Catering Coupons Have Been Added to Your Domeo Account). Enter the code at checkout to enjoy 5% off. If not received, contact the Domeo Customer Service Hotline at 2678 2626.
When will the eCoupons be distributed?
Distribution depends on following status:
• Accounts linked on or before 20 March 2026: issued in phases from 27 March 2026.
• New CLP One accounts created on/after 21 March 2026: issued within 7 working days.
• Accounts linked to Domeo by self-service: issued within 4 working days.
Do all the eCoupons need to be used on the same platform?
No. Each HK$50 eCoupon can be used separately. For example, one can be used on the Domeo online platform and another one at a participating merchants.
