Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligible Beneficiary Households
    • Residential customers with low level of electricity consumption*  (Dedicated hotline for eCoupons: 2678 2626)
    • *Low electricity consumptions refer to a total consumption of 2400kWh or less in 2025 (bi-monthly, six bills all inclusive).
    • CLP reserves the right to verify electricity consumption. In case of any dispute, CLP’s records shall prevail.
    • Elderly customers who are under concessionary tariffs **  (Dedicated hotline for Coupons: 2678 0372)
    • **Concessionary Tariff Customers refers to customers who have successfully applied and the tariff type “Concessionary” has been effective as such on or before December 31, 2025.
    Applicants must meet the following criteria:
        i) Aged 60 and above;
        ii) Living alone or with similarly qualified elderly;
        iii) Relying on or entitled to Comprehensive Social Security Assistance; and
        iv) A residential customer using electricity for residential purposes only.
        • The concessionary tariff is based on bimonthly meter-readings. 
     
  2. The electronic/physical CLP Coupons can be used at designated merchants for HK$50 during the validity period (27 March 2026 – 31 October 2026). (For the latest list of participating merchants, please refer to CLP’s website https://e.clp.com.hk/list. Expired coupons will be void and no extension will be granted.)

  3. This electronic / physical CLP coupon can be used from Mondays to Sundays (including public holidays), and can be used together with other offers. Each merchant may have different terms and conditions of use. Please check with the participating merchants for details.

  4. Maximum of 2 electronic / physical coupons can be used for each purchase.  Extra payment on the price difference is required.

  5. Every coupon consists of a unique QR code. Merchants have to scan every QR code before deducting the actual coupon amount from the bill. After QR code is scanned, transaction cannot be changed or cancelled. System record will be updated immediately. Used coupon(s) will be collected by merchants. It will be forfeited and cannot be used, changed or refunded.

  6. This electronic / physical coupon is non-exchangeable for cash. No change will be given either in cash or in other form.

  7. This coupon will become invalid if it has been used, expired, defaced, damaged or unverified in anyway. Photocopies will not be accepted.

  8. No replacement will be arranged in case of loss. If customer loses the coupon, CLP Power will not be responsible for any obligation, claim of the coupon, payment or compensation.

  9. For enquiries, please call our hotline (852) 2678 0372 during office hours. (Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, except public holidays).

  10. CLP Power reserves the right to make the final decision to change or cease the use of coupon in the event of any dispute.

  11. CLP Power shall not be responsible for the quality of food and beverage, services or other matters related to the offer provided by the restaurants.  Any of such matters please liaise with the relevant restaurant directly.

  12. CLP Power shall not be responsible for the quality of products, warranty services (including any malfunction of the product’s component under normal use within the warranty period, and/or any failure to repair under the conditions of no stock, off production or other reasons) or other matters related to the offer provided by the merchants.  Any of such matters please liaise with the relevant restaurant directly.

  13. CLP Power shall not be responsible for the quality of services or other matters related to the offers provided by the service providers.

  14. CLP Power does not accept responsibility for any claim, loss or damage, howsoever caused (including through omission or negligence), which the customer may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with the purchase of any food, products or services.

  15. Please confirm the details of services before purchase. Any of such matters please liaise with the relevant service providers directly.

  16. After the expiry of the CLP Retail and Catering Coupons Programme, all Coupons will be void and will not be reissued.
