Eligible Households and Distribution Method of Coupons

Eligible households include:

• Residential customers with low level of electricity consumption*
  Coupons will be issued electronically and credited into the eCoupons Wallet on the CLP Domeo rewards platform^. Notifications on how to collect the coupons will be sent out by post or email starting from early March. 
• Elderly customers who are under concessionary tariffs**
  Eligible customers under the Concessionary Tariff for the Elderly will receive HK$100 in physical coupons. These coupons will be mailed to customers in batches starting at the end of March, with all distributions expected to be completed by mid-April.
