Requests for closing an electricity account must be made at least 2 full working days before the targeted termination date, by the registered customer or bona fide holder of ALL relevant deposit receipt(s). The account deposit balance, if any, will be refunded only to the registered customer, after closure of the account. Please click here for more information on deposit refunds.

Please note we provide final meter reading service only on Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
