Enable “iAM Smart” Address Data Function
Address Data Function allows you to use your CLP bill as address proof when submitting online service applications in iAM Smart.
After logging in your online account through "iAM Smart" and select CLP as your address document provider, you can authorise "iAM Smart" to retrieve and store latest CLP bill to enable this function.

“iAM Smart” is a common key provided to Hong Kong residents to log in various government and commercial online services with their mobile devices.
After downloading the “iAM Smart” app and registering “iAM Smart”, you will be able to use the app to log in various online services directly.
You can simply download and install the “iAM Smart” App to your mobile and start the online registration. First, you are required to take a photo of the HKID card using the App. Information such as HKID card number, name and date of birth will be captured by the App.
Then, you are required to take a selfie video with the App. You will be asked to perform some random actions such as turning his/her head, blinking his/her eyes, etc. in order to show that the one in front of the App is a living person.
Both the HKID card information and the facial image from the selfie video will be used to match against the data in the Immigration Department. The results will be used by “iAM Smart” system to verify the identity and eligibility of the applicant.
If the checking result is positive, “iAM Smart” system will issue an “iAM Smart” account for you right away and you can use “iAM Smart” immediately.
“iAM Smart” sign in method will be introduced to CLP login page.
If you sign in with CLP Mobile App, choose the “ iAM Smart” function and it will redirect to your “ iAM Smart” Mobile App. You can login the pages after confirmation.
If you sign into CLP webpages, after select “iAM Smart” option and scan QR code displayed on the webpage with the “iAM Smart” App.
Once you have selected “Sign in with iAM Smart” option, your CLP account is bind with “iAM Smart”. To unbind your CLP account with “iAM Smart”. Please login to your online account via CLP Mobile App and select “Third-party authentication” under “Personal information” in “Profile” to change the bundle status.
