Manual transfer of online account's login credentials

If you have more than one electricity account, you can log in to your online account and transfer your existing login credentials to another selected account on the "Profile" page.

What’s next after your account profile being transferred?

1. You can use the same login credentials (including mobile & email OTP, login name and password) to manage your selected account.  The following settings of your current account will be transferred:

  • Login credentials (including mobile & email OTP, login name and password)
  • Contact email address (only if your selected account does not have an email address)

2. Please note that your Third-Party login credentials (including Facebook, Apple ID, WeChat and iAM Smart) will be removed. You can edit the settings via your Profile later.

3. After the account profile transfer is completed, you will be instructed to log in again using the same login credentials. Your current account will become an associated account of the selected account after you log in.

Note:

You do not need to manually transfer if you are a new customer with only an active account. For details, please refer to the login information page of the automatic transfer of online account's login credentials.

How to manually transfer login information for online accounts

Step 1

Log in to your CLP online account, click "Profile" -> "Account Profile Transfer".

 

Step 2

Click "Select" on the account that you want to transfer to.

Step 3

Check if the information is correct, then click "Confirm".

Step 4

After the account profile is transferred successfully, click "Log in now" to manage your account.
