Mr. Francis Ho joined the CLP Customer Consultative Group in 2023 representing the Consumer Council.
Mr. Ho is the Acting Deputy Chief Executive of the Consumer Council. Prior to joining the Consumer Council, Mr HO was a Senior Superintendent, serving the Hong Kong Police Force for a long time.
