Mr. James Chan joined the CLP Customer Consultative Group in 2017.
Mr. Chan is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Hong Kong Housing Society. Before joining Hong Kong Housing Society, he was the CEO of Po Leung Kuk (PLK) (2012 – 2018), and before 2012 a directorate government officer with 20-year public policy experience including commerce and economic development, home affairs and financial services.
