Mr. Stephen Poon joined the CLP Customer Consultative Group in 2025.

Mr. Poon is the General Manager and Executive Director of Cheeric Group, a subsidiary of China Merchants Group. With over 40 years of experience in public and private housing management, he currently holds multiple key public service roles, including Member of the Property Management Services Authority, Founding President of the Hong Kong Association of Property Services Agents, Member of the Environment and Ecology Bureau's "Food Wise Hong Kong" Steering Committee, and Honorary Supervisor of the Auxiliary Medical Service Cadet Corps. 

Mr. Poon is deeply committed to advancing industry professionalism and talent development, actively engaging in public policy advocacy and fostering collaboration between the property services sector and the wider community. Passionate about social responsibility, he also leads efforts in community care and poverty alleviation initiatives in Mainland China, promoting corporate citizenship and sustainable development.
