Mr. Victor Lam joined the CLP Customer Consultative Group in 2025.

Mr.  Lam currently serves as the General Manager of Forward Winsome Industries Co., Limited.

In addition to his role at Forward Winsome, Mr. Lam holds several appointments in public service and chambers of commerce. He is a member of the Advisory Committee on Corruption, the Standing Commission on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service, the Travel Industry Authority, and the District Fight Crime Committee (Eastern District). Furthermore, he is a member of the General Committee of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and serves as the Chairman of its Young Executives Club. Additionally, Mr. Lam is an Executive Committee Member of The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, where he also holds the position of Vice Chairman for the Arts & Cultural, Creative Industries and Intellectual Property Committee. He is the Vice Chairman of the Youth Committee of the Business and Professionals Alliance and a member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

With a long-standing commitment to social services, Mr. Lam was awarded the title of Justice of the Peace by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2016 and received the Medal of Honour in 2025.
