CLP will be hosting the 'Low-Carbon Legacy – All-Electric Smart Cooking Competition' on August 13. The objectives are:

  • Integrate smart technology into cooking and promote innovative restaurant solutions
  • Support the local catering industry and nurture new culinary talent
  • Elevate chefs’ skills and dish design standards
  • Promote electric, energy-efficient, low-carbon cooking for sustainability
  • Strengthen the professionalism of Hong Kong’s catering sector and preserve low‑carbon culinary traditions
