To support the Government’s vision of achieving carbon neutrality before 2050, this programme aims to encourage wider adoption of energy‑saving measures within the community. It provides eligible government subvented organizations with one-stop energy services, including free energy audits, recommendations for energy efficiency improvements, funding support for implementing the recommended energy improvement works, and for implementing the electric vehicle charging installation for the private electric commercial vehicle(s).
