CLP Retail and Catering Coupons Programme
The CLP Community Energy Saving Fund has allocated HK$60 million to relaunch the CLP Retail and Catering Coupons Programme in 2026. A total of HK$100 worth of coupons will be distributed to each of 600,000 eligible residential customers with low electricity consumption and elderly customers who qualify for concessionary tariffs. The programme aims to promote energy saving and decarbonisation across society while injecting momentum into the economy and supporting underprivileged people.
Eligible customers will receive notifications regarding the coupons distribution arrangements between March and April 2026.
