To promote environmental education and address climate change, CLP Power joined hands with The Green Earth and Metro Broadcast Corporation Limited to organise the CLP Climate Ambassadors Podcast Competition. The initiative encourages primary school students to explore three key environmental themes—climate change, low‑carbon living, and renewable energy—through creative podcasts, deepening public understanding of climate issues and nurturing the next generation of environmental leaders.
The competition attracted more than 100 participating teams from 47 primary schools. Over 4,000 students participated in on-campus environmental talks and a professional broadcasting workshop, designed to enhance their knowledge of climate change and low-carbon living, and to equip them with podcasting skill.
An awards ceremony was organised to recognise the outstanding performance and creativity of the winning students.
