Deposit Refund Application (Applicable only to terminated accounts)

Your application shall be subject to CLP’s approval at its sole discretion. Upon receipt of your application, We will follow up on your requests and reply to you as soon as possible. It will take 10 days for customers to receive the refund cheque and the final bill.

Note:

• Refund cheque can only be refunded to the registered customer.
• Refund cheque will be shipped out via Banks' envelopes.
