Event Overview

As cooking technology continues to advance, appliances have evolved from traditional kerosene and gas stoves to today’s high‑efficiency induction hobs and various electric cooking devices. These modern electric cooking methods are energy‑saving, low‑carbon, convenient, and safe.

To celebrate CLP’s 125th anniversary 🎉, we are launching the “Heritage meets Innovation: Zero‑Carbon Cooking” Competition. We invite cooking enthusiasts to prepare their signature traditional dishes using all‑electric cooking methods, showcasing the spirit of heritage × innovation, while encouraging the community to embrace a low‑carbon lifestyle 🌱.
