☕🧼 Coffee Grounds Soap Making Workshop | Unleash your creativity, embrace sustainability, and connect with diverse communities!

We warmly invite you to join this creative workshop co-organized by CLP Power Connect and Eco-Greenergy, where environmental awareness meets social inclusion. By repurposing coffee grounds, participants will craft their own unique handmade soap — promoting a sustainable lifestyle while fostering meaningful community interaction.

This event specially invites members of the Hong Kong Single Parents Association to participate. Through learning practical soap-making skills, single mothers can gain creativity that enrich their daily lives.

In the crisp and cozy month of November, we will be joining hands with the Tai O Cultural and Ecological Integrated Resource Centre to embark on a heartwarming and nature-filled inclusive journey.

For this event, we’ve specially invited friends from diverse cultural backgrounds to explore the historic fishing village of Tai O together.

This is more than just a countryside outing — it’s a cultural exchange experience. Through interaction and hands-on activities, we hope everyone can hear each other’s stories and feel the connection and resonance within the community.

We will provide round-trip shuttle bus service for easy access to the venue:

Bus Departure: 12:00 PM

Location: Exit B, Tung Chung MTR Station

⚠️If you wish to enjoy the shuttle bus service, please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no further notice will be given. Thank you for your attention. Participants who do not require shuttle bus service may choose to travel on their own and are kindly asked to arrive 15 minutes before the event begins. Dismissal time will be determined based on the actual situation.

🌞 Outdoor Activity Tips

As most of the event will take place outdoors, we recommend wearing light and comfortable clothing and shoes, and bringing a hat, sunscreen, and sufficient drinking water. In case of severe weather, we will notify participants about any postponement or cancellation.

🎉 Eco-Basketball Machine Making Workshop 

Combining environmental awareness, creativity, and parent-child interaction, this hands-on workshop invites participants to craft their own mini basketball machine using recycled materials. To promote social inclusion, we’ve specially invited grassroots families and individuals from the Methodist Centre Homantin Youth Integrated Development Centre to join and co-create in this fun and engaging experience.
