In the crisp and cozy month of November, we will be joining hands with the Tai O Cultural and Ecological Integrated Resource Centre to embark on a heartwarming and nature-filled inclusive journey.

For this event, we’ve specially invited friends from diverse cultural backgrounds to explore the historic fishing village of Tai O together.

This is more than just a countryside outing — it’s a cultural exchange experience. Through interaction and hands-on activities, we hope everyone can hear each other’s stories and feel the connection and resonance within the community.

• Location:  Tai O Cultural and Ecological Integrated Resource Centre (Map) 

• Language: Cantonese

(All participants should arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the event starts. If you wish to use the shuttle bus service, please refer to the “Transportation Arrangement” section below.)

• 🥚 Salted Egg Workshop – Experience traditional wisdom and the cultural heritage of food preservation

• 🏘️ Cultural Guided Tour  – Dive into Tai O’s history, architecture, and community stories

• 🍡 Mochi Making Class – Enjoy the warmth and joy of crafting local delicacies by hand

• 🚤 River Cruise & Chinese White Dolphin Spotting – Get close to nature and explore ecological beauty
 

🚌 Transportation Arrangement

We will provide round-trip shuttle bus service for easy access to the venue:

• Tung Chung MTR Station

Meeting Time: 11:45 AM

Bus Departure: 12:00 PM

Location: Exit B, Tung Chung MTR Station

⚠️If you wish to enjoy the shuttle bus service, please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no further notice will be given. Thank you for your attention. Participants who do not require shuttle bus service may choose to travel on their own and are kindly asked to arrive 15 minutes before the event begins. Dismissal time will be determined based on the actual situation.

🌞 Outdoor Activity Tips

As most of the event will take place outdoors, we recommend wearing light and comfortable clothing and shoes, and bringing a hat, sunscreen, and sufficient drinking water. In case of severe weather, we will notify participants about any postponement or cancellation.
