As our customer, you may install electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities in residential buildings and commercial carparks. We offer a range of power supply services to energise your EV charging facilities:
- Preliminary assessment
- Electricity supply for EV charging facilities
About this service
Before you install your EV charger, we can help you to:
- Assess the power supply capacity of the location for your proposed EV charging-enabling infrastructure; and
- Prepare a written assessment report for your EV-charging at Home Subsidy Scheme (EHSS) application.
Who may apply
You may apply for this free service if you:
- Own the carpark;
- Represent the carpark’s owner (e.g. owner’s corporation, owner’s committee or mutual aid committee); or
- Other representatives of carpark’s owner (e.g. property management company).
How to apply
Enquire power supply for EV charging facilities
- Check your power supply capacity; and
- Apply for the EHSS
Email the following documents to [email protected]:
- Application form (PDF);
- Schematic diagram(s) of the existing power supply arrangement for parking spaces;
- Building layout plan for the carpark, parking spaces and proposed locations of EV chargers; and
- Location(s) of existing meter room(s), if any, for the provision of power to the parking spaces.
We will process your application after we receive all of the required documents. If you do not have these documents on hand, please approach your contractor or engineering consultants.
What happens next
You should receive a letter regarding your power supply capacity. In the letter, we will advise whether you require power supply upgrade.

If your installation inspection is satisfactory, your electricity supply should be connected immediately.
