CLP is committed to promoting environmental protection and reducing the use of paper. Starting from July 2022, customers will automatically be switched to eBill notification or SMS notification in phases, and we will no longer offer postal bills by default. Customers will be notified via the above method when a new bill is available.
With eBill, you can:
• View your billing and payment information;
• Scan the QR code to pay for your bills;
• View your account information;
• View and redeem your Domeo Points (residential customers only);
• Learn how to save energy; and
• Keep up with the latest news.
Register / log in to your online account to check your current and past 14 months' bills anytime, anywhere.
Existing eBill notification customers may apply to receive postal bills via submitting the eform below. We will process your request within a month. You may still receive your first bill in eBill notification format.
** Please note that the CLP electricity account number is not the reference ID you got during the move-in application. New customers can only apply after you have successfully opened an account and received your CLP electricity account number via the notification email or SMS.
