Late payment charges

A 5% late payment charge applies if payments are not settled by the due date.

Avoiding late payment

To make sure the electricity supply is not interrupted, please pay the bill on time. If you have recently applied for Autopay, please note that your application may take 4 to 6 weeks to process. You must use other payment methods until we show the Autopay debit date on your next bill. 

You may also request to extend your payment due date if needed.


Penalties and charges

Overdue payments are subject to a 5% charge on the outstanding amount. In extreme cases, heavily overdue payments may lead to temporary electricity disconnection.

You may request to waive your late payment charges online. Based on the circumstances, we will exercise discretion and reply to you in around one week.
