Frequently asked questions

Your FiT payments will first be used to offset your electricity bills and you can request for the net balance via the following methods if the amount is over HK$150.

  1. Cheque: We will make the cheque payable to the electricity account holder ; or          
  2. Bank transfer: Only exclusive for the customers who have activated bank autopay for electricity bills and eBill. The name of bank account holder and the registered CLP electricity account holder must be the same. 

Customers must meet the two conditions below to receive FiT net balance via bank transfer:

  1. Activated bank autopay for electricity bills Activate here

The name of bank account holder and the registered CLP electricity account holder must be the same. If you have not activated the above service(s), please select “Profile” after logging into your electricity account to register for the service(s) required.

Once you have successfully signed up for this service, your next FiT balance will automatically be transferred to your registered bank account.
