Manage and update your personal profile, notification and app settings

Update your profile regularly to receive timely alerts. You can use our mobile app or website to update your personal details. 

Logging in to your online account

Log in to your CLP Mobile App to update your profile. Please refer to our support articles if you need help setting up your online account or logging in

Updating your profile

Step 1

After login, click "Personal Profile" at top left corner

Step 2

Click "Personal Details"

Step 3

Click "Next" next to mobile number

Step 4

Enter the mobile number you want to change to

Step 5

Enter the OTP sent to you, then click "Verify OTP" to complete the update

Step 6

Now you can see the updated mobile number in "Personal Details" page

After login, click "Profile" in the top left corner

Click "Notification Settings"

Step 3

Click "Edit" next to primary email address

Step 4

Enter the primary email address you want to change to

Step 5

Enter the OTP sent to you, then click "Verify OTP" to complete the update

Step 6

Now you can see the updated email address in "Personal Details" page

You can choose whether to receive billing and payment alerts or unusual consumption alerts here, with the flexibility to receive them via email, SMS or app push message*

Note:

*Setting for the channel “CLP app notifications” is only available in CLP Power Mobile App.

Enable the notifications you want to receive

In addition to email and mobile OTP, you can also link your account using a third-party authentication method (i.e. iAM Smart).

Click "Third-party Authentication"

Step 4

Toggle the switch to enable or disable Third-party Authentication

After login, click "Profile" in the top left corner

Click "Notification Settings"

Click "Edit" next to bill language to select your preferred language
