Update your profile regularly to receive timely alerts. You can use our mobile app or website to update your personal details. 

Logging in to your online account

To update your profile through the CLP Power Mobile App or our website, you must log in to your online account. Please refer to our support articles if you need help setting up your online account or logging in

Updating your profile

You may use the CLP Power Mobile App or website to update the following:  

By website

1. Click “Profile”. 

2. Click “Personal Information”. 

3. Update your “Mobile number”. 

4. Click “Next” to receive your One-time password (OTP). 

5. Click “Update” to complete your update.

By mobile

1. Click “Profile”. 

2. Click “Personal Information”. 

3. Update your “Mobile number”. 

4. Click “Update” to receive your OTP

5. Click “Verify OTP” to complete your update.

To update your landline number:

  1. Click “Profile”. 
  2. Click “Personal Information”. 
  3. Update your “Landline number”. 
  4. Click “Update” to complete your update.

By website

  1. Click “Profile”. 
  2. Click “Personal Information”. 
  3. Update your “Primary Email Address”.
  4. Click “Next” to receive your One-time password (OTP). 
  5. Click “Update” to complete your update.

By mobile app

  1. Click “Profile”. 
  2. Click “Personal Information”. 
  3. Update your “Primary Email Address”.
  4. Click “Update” to receive your OTP.
  5. Click “Verify OTP” to complete your update.

To update your postal address:

  1. Click “Profile”. 
  2. Click “Personal Information”. 
  3. Update your “Postal Address”. 
  4. Select a day for “Effective Date”. 
  5. Provide your “Region”, “District” and full postal address. 
  6. Click “Update” to complete your update.

You can choose whether to receive billing and payment alerts or unusual consumption alerts here, with the flexibility to receive them via email, SMS or app push message*

  1. Click “Profile” 
  2. Click “Notification settings
  3. Toggle on / off for different options
Note:

*Setting for the channel “CLP app notifications” is only available in CLP Power Mobile App.

In addition to email and mobile OTP, you can also link your account using a third-party authentication method (including Facebook, WeChat, iAM Smart, and Apple ID).

By website

  1. Click “Profile” 
  2. Click “Personal Information” 
  3. Click “Third-party authentication” 
  4. Click “Connect” or "Disconnect" to link or unlink your third-party account.

By mobile app

  1. Click “Profile”. 
  2. Click “Personal Information”. 
  3. Click “Third-party authentication” 
  4. Toggle on or off to change the linking state for your selected third-party account.

By website

  1. Click “Profile” 
  2. Click “Personal Information” 
  3. Select the “Bill language” you want. 
  4. Click “Update”.

By mobile app

  1. Click “Profile”. 
  2. Click “Personal Information”. 
  3. Click “Bill language”. 
  4. Click the bill language you want.
