Find out how to reset your password and retrieve the login ID for your CLP online account.

You may reset your CLP online account password through the:

CLP Power Mobile App; or
Website.

Note:

If you have not registered your email address before, please call our customer service hotline.

1. Click “Use Login ID & Password” from the login screen.

2. Click “Forgot Password”

3. Enter your 11-digit CLP account number and click “Submit”

4. If you have registered your email address before, use the password reset link in your email within 1 hour.

Tip:

Check your spam folder if you are unable to find your password reset email.

5. Enter your new password and click "Reset".

If you have forgotten your Login ID, you can retrieve it through the:

CLP Power Mobile app; or
Website.

1. Click “Use Login ID & Password” from the login screen.

2. Click “Forgot login ID”

3. Enter your 11-digit CLP account number and click “Submit”

4. If you have registered your email address before, system will send you your Login ID via email.

Tip:

Check your spam folder if you are unable to find your retrieve login ID email.
