Customers can now pay their electricity bills with AlipayHK, Faster Payment System (FPS), or WeChat Pay HK, from anywhere at any time.
To pay your bills by AlipayHK or WeChat Pay HK, open an account and link it to your electricity bills.
To pay by the Faster Payment System (FPS), use mobile banking app or stored value facilities, scan the QR code on your electricity bills to pay your bills.
We also suggest that you download the CLP app. To check the details of your latest bill using the app, simply click 'Bill' followed by ‘View Current Bill’. Then click ‘Pay’ to settle your bill using one of the three methods listed above.
You can also use the CLP app to check your consumption history for the past 12 months, and see a projected amount for your next bill. All information can be accessed in just a tab.
To encourage customers to use new mobile payment services, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, and BoC Pay for Faster Payment Service (FPS) which have launched different promotions. Get the your rewards now!
Log in to the AlipayHK mobile app, select ‘Bill Payment’, then press ‘Utilities’. Click on ‘CLP Power’ and enter your billing number and account registration name to link the account. You can then pay your bills using the app or set up an autopay service.

Use any related mobile app to scan the FPS QR code on your electricity bills to pay your bills. For instance, you can download and register with the BoC Pay app, press ‘Scan to Pay’, then scan the FPS QR code to pay your bills conveniently and instantly.

Log in to the WeChat Pay HK app, click on ‘Me’, then press ‘We Chat Pay’. Select ‘Bill Payment’, then enter your customer account number and account registration name to link the account to WeChat Pay HK, allowing you to pay your bills with ease.
