Register as a "life support customer"

We prioritise the needs of our customers and always strive to provide excellent care.  If you or someone in your household relies on life support equipment, please inform us through our customer service hotline 2678-2678.  We will assist you in registering relevant information, ensuring that our staff is extra cautious when managing your electricity supply. 

For Planned Outage

We understand that planned power outage can be a concern for customers dependent on life support equipment.  Therefore, we will make our reasonable endeavour to notify registered life support customers in advance of any planned supply interruptions.  Nevertheless, in the event of any emergency, regardless of whether you are a CLP customer, we highly recommend contacting the emergency hotline (999) or your nearest hospital immediately.   Please find the useful tips for your consideration:

1. Prepare backup power sources or generators for your life support equipment and develop an emergency contingency plan in advance with your family or caregivers.
2. If you have already registered as "customer using life support equipment" and need to update your information, such as whether you still have power-dependent life support equipment at home, contact details, and address, please contact us as soon as possible. 
3. Always have rechargeable backup lighting tools (e.g., torch) prepared in your home.
