Eco Ambassadors specialising in CLP’s Eco Power 360 service can be found specifically at our Customer Service Centres in Mongkok, Kwun Tong, Sham Shui Po, Tai Po and Yuen Long.
Bill payment services at our Customer Service Centres have now ceased. Please consider other ways of settling your bill with us. Autopay, for example, is an especially efficient method that not only saves you the time and hassle of paying over the counter, but also enables you to do your part in protecting the environment.

At CLP, we aim to be accessible to all segments of society, including the physically challenged. One of our efforts in this regard is the Portable Induction Loop System, available at our Eco Home in Mongkok and eight of our other Customer Service Centres.
This technology enables any of our customers with a hearing aid to communicate with our Customer Relations Officers more clearly and smoothly, without being troubled by ambient noise.
